require that they speak in sentences
that their words cohere that meaning
is not eliminated by stuttering syllables
insist that racist and sexist insult
does not constitute a culture
and calling it one is irrelevant
ask why they equate the workplace and the nightclub
and behave identically in both without
a moment of self-consciousness or shame
demand that they present ideas with clarity
and directness not vagueness or indirection
and stand by what they say
