Two former Rwandan mayors, wanted for trial in connection with the 1994 genocide, are, it seems, living in the UK; hiding in plain sight in Bedford. The warrant for their arrest, apparently, has no power because Britain has no extradition treaty with Rwanda. Tony ought to do the decent thing and send these sons of poxed whores back home to face the music.
