i would in other circumstances groan

the cacchinatous anthropoid will not
reward your study with some fixed behaviour
or action in some noted sacred spot
by self-proclaimed redeemer or saviour

rather this unsolemn riant habitant
of towns and cities or of lonely granges
will do such things as might in time warrant
corrections alterations and other changes

this is a being that given the time
to think or to engage in cerebration
would come up with a simple honest rhyme
then burst into most raucous cacchination

the thing to be i say is too clever by half
to find a word that simply rhymes with laugh
