Impunity

Vice-president Cheney's victim, Harry Whittington, suffered a heart attack as a result of being shot by the VP. Cheney has avoided making a statement on the subject, and is coming under criticism for delaying informing the public that he'd shot a man. Of course, Cheney is above the law and will never have to take responsibility for his actions. Responsibility is only for poor people and members of despised minorities, not for rich white guys. Interestingly, the hunters were men out with women not married to them.
